Your 30-day Money Back Guarantee starts the day you recieve your item and ends the day you ship the item back to us. Returns must include a copy of the invoice or reciept from your order. You should of recieved and invoice or reciept in your email and also in the package you recieved from us.

We do recommend add tracking and insurance to your package when returning it to us. This will allow you to track the progress of your returned item, guarantee that we have received it, and protect you in the case your package gets lost by your shipping carrier. The Pest Repeller Store is not responsible for packages lost by your shipping carrier. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your package to us.

Once we have received your return, we will promptly issue you a refund for the price of your item at the time of purchase. We do not refund shipping and handling costs. Refunds generally process within 7 business days of receiving your return. A confirmation email will be sent to your email address as soon as the refund is given.
